To worsen things up, the company designed the S5 with a metallic coating design that easily fades. Additionally, the phone looked cheap and feels the same way.
The user interface is simple and clean. But for a smartphone, it’s too basic. The Open lacked so many features that its competitors like the iPhone 5S and Sony Xperia Z1 offered.
